Integrative Healing

Integrative healing is a holistic approach to healthcare that combines conventional and complementary therapies to treat the whole person, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. This approach, also known as healing integrative in Spanish and guérison intégrative in French, aims to address the root causes of illness and promote overall well-being. In Hebrew, it is referred to as ריפוי שילובי (r'fuy shilubi). Key aspects of integrative healing include personalized treatment plans, emphasis on patient empowerment, and the use of evidence-based practices from various medical traditions, such as acupuncture, meditation, and herbal medicine. This approach is gaining popularity as a means to bridge the gap between conventional and alternative medicine, fostering a more comprehensive and patient-centered healthcare model.
