Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) is a launch site at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, United States. Originally built for the Apollo program, it has been used for several significant spaceflight missions, including the launch of the first Saturn V rocket and subsequent Apollo missions to the Moon. It was later modified to support the Space Shuttle program. In 2014, SpaceX signed a lease agreement with NASA for the use of LC-39A, and it has since been used for Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy launches. The complex is situated on the east coast of Florida, providing a strategic location for launches to various orbital inclinations. Launch Complex 39A in Hebrew is מרכז שיגור 39A. In Russian, it is known as Стартовый комплекс 39А, and in Spanish, it is referred to as Complejo de Lanzamiento 39A.
