KJV - Psalms 67:4

O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.

Let all countries be happy and celebrate: because you will fairly judge the people and rule the world's nations justly. Pause for a moment to think about this.
