←Back to VersesAnd if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
If your right hand leads you wrong, remove it and don't use it; it's better for you to lose a part than for your entire being to be thrown into eternal punishment.
