Chapter 13

KJV - Leviticus 13:36

Then the priest shall look on him: and, behold, if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for yellow hair; he is unclean.

Then the priest checks the person. If the scab has spread in the skin, the priest doesn't need to search for yellow hair. The person is unclean.
