Jeremiah 22:18
←Back to VersesTherefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
So, God says this about Jehoiakim, who was the son of Josiah and king of Judah: People won't mourn for him by saying, 'Oh, my brother!' or 'Oh, my sister!' They also won't mourn by saying, 'Oh, our lord!' or 'Oh, his glory!'
