Isaiah 15:3
←Back to VersesIn their streets they shall gird themselves with sackcloth: on the tops of their houses, and in their streets, every one shall howl, weeping abundantly.
In the streets, people will wear sackcloth. On rooftops and in streets, everyone will cry loudly, showing great sadness.
