Habakkuk 1:4
←Back to VersesTherefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.
So, the law isn't being enforced properly, and justice doesn't happen as it should. The bad people surround the good ones, which leads to unfair decisions.
