Questions why God allows evil and is reassured of God's justice.

Chapter 1

KJV - Habakkuk 1:10

And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it.

They will mock the kings and make fun of the princes. They will laugh at all fortresses because they will gather up dirt and take it.
