Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man’s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.

Dear friends, I'm talking like people do; Even though it's just a human agreement, if it is agreed upon, nobody goes back on it or adds extra stuff to it.
