Chapter 24

KJV - Exodus 24:8

And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words.

Moses put the blood on the people and said, "Look, this blood is the agreement the LORD made with you about everything we just talked about."
