Chapter 4

KJV - 2 Timothy 4:1

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

I ask you, in front of God and Jesus Christ, to remember that they will judge everyone - those living and those already dead - when they return and establish their kingdom.
