Chapter 23

KJV - 2 Kings 23:22

Surely there was not holden such a passover from the days of the judges that judged Israel, nor in all the days of the kings of Israel, nor of the kings of Judah;

This verse means that no one has ever celebrated a Passover like the ones during the time of the judges who ruled Israel or during the reigns of the kings of Israel and Judah.
