1 Samuel 12:19
←Back to VersesAnd all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.
And everyone told Samuel, please ask God to help us, your people, so we don't die. We made things worse by asking for a king in addition to our other wrongdoings.
