There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Love doesn't have fear; it removes fear completely. Fear causes pain, so if you are afraid, your love isn't complete.

Therefore David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And the LORD said unto David, Go, and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah.

So, David asked God if he should attack the Philistines. God told him to attack the Philistines and rescue Keilah.

For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbour’s hand, and into the hand of his king: and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.

For I won't feel sorry for the people in the land anymore, says the Lord. Instead, I will hand everyone over to their neighbor and their king. They will attack the land, and I won't save them from their hands.

Woe to you, ye sinners, on account of the words of your mouth, And on account of the deeds of your hands which your godlessness as wrought, In blazing flames burning worse than fire shall ye burn. 10 And now, know ye that from the angels He will inquire as to your deeds in heaven, from the sun and from the moon and from the stars in reference to your sins because upon the earth ye execute judgement on the righteous.

Woe to you, sinners, because of the words you speak and the deeds you do in your wickedness. You will burn in flames hotter than fire. Now, know that God will ask the angels in heaven, the sun, the moon, and the stars about your sins. This is because you judge the righteous unjustly on earth.

And in certain months the month has twenty-nine days and once twenty-eight.

And in the day of our suffering and tribulation He saves us not, And we find no respite for confession That our Lord is true in all His works, and in His judgements and His justice, And His judgements have no respect of persons.

In times of suffering and trouble, He doesn't rescue us, and we don't get a chance to admit that our Lord is always right in what He does, in His judgments, and in His fairness. His judgments treat everyone the same.
