Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!

There is no magic or fortune-telling that can harm Jacob or Israel. During this time, people will say about Jacob and Israel, "What amazing things has God done!"
