←Back to VersesAnd he went up thence to Penuel, and spake unto them likewise: and the men of Penuel answered him as the men of Succoth had answered him.
He traveled to Penuel and spoke to them like he did at Succoth. The people of Penuel responded to him just like the people of Succoth did.
